A picture of the notre Dame cathedral in the French capital, taken from space, has appeared on the Web. The frame was published on the page of the EU space program on monitoring the Earth Copernicus on the social network Twitter.
The description says that the material was received by experts of the American company PlanetLabs, working in the development of remote sensing satellites of our planet. This is the first public photograph of the most ancient Catholic church of the ambassador of the fire, made by the orbiter.
The strongest fire in one of the main attractions of Paris occurred in the evening hours on April 15. As a result of the incident, most of the building was completely destroyed, the spire collapsed, the roof and the clock collapsed, the interiors made of wood became useless. Yet, as rescuers who fought the flame reported, the main works of art and relics, fortunately, survived. The restoration will require a huge amount, which is now collected by the whole world.
