As REGNUM writes, in India, people who have no relation to the space sphere will be able to look at the launch of rockets. Special for this case, the specialists of the Satish Dhavan Space Center, located on Sriharikot, prepared a viewing area, where there will be a place for five thousand spectators.
The site was made in the form of a football stadium, and from it you can look at how the rockets fly into the air from two starting points. In addition, the podium is equipped with huge screens, they will show pictures from cameras attached to different buildings of the cosmodrome.
According to the media, the decision to create a viewing area was made by the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) due to a marked increase in interest in space-based technologies in the country.
The opening of the spectator site at the cosmodrome in India is scheduled for March 31.
Earlier, the ISRO chairman, who is Kilasavadivu Sivan, announced that under the curtain of March a PSLV C45 rocket will fly into the sky, which will have to launch 29 satellites into orbit.
